Villas at Pu'ali is a community of homes located at 4261 Puhi Road in Lihue, Kauai on the western side of Lihue in an area known as Puhi.  It's an attractive community on 15 acres with the Hau'pu mountain range to the south with a peak of nearly 2300 feet for Black Mountain or Hau'pu Peak.  It's conveniently located at just a 5-minute drive from Lihue's shopping and commercial district.  There are 52 buildings and 104 homes in a duplex configuration with only 1 common wall.  Diamond Pacific Homes completed these units in 2005 and they were in very high demand at the time as they were well-priced as part of Kauai's affordable housing initiative.  These homes had shared appreciation and county buy-back rights at the time of completion.  It is reported that the county has not been exercising it's buy-back option in the current resale market.

The homes feature 1,392 square feet of living space in a mix of 1 and 2-story configurations, all with 3 bedrooms and 2 or 2 1/2 baths.  Pets were allowed in this community which was managed by Hawaiiana Management Company as of 2015.
