Seacliff Plantation is a gated community on Kauai's North Shore located between the town of Kilauea and the Kilauea lighthouse. It consists of 25 estates, many of which have been further divided via the Hawaii CPR process providing about twice that number of homesites.

The association has a website with detailed information including downloads of governing documents and minutes of association meetings.

County records:  Subdivision = Seacliff, Taxkey numbers = 4-5-2-4-74 to -98.
Numbering details:  Project lots are numbered from 1 to 25 while the last part of the county taxkey goes from 74 to 98.  Lot numbers are readily converted to taxkey numbers by adding 73. This project is a portion of Kauai taxmap 4-5-2-4.
