This spectacular, luxury community sits on top of a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean on Kauai's East Side.  It consists of 300 acres with 29 lots of 5 to 38 acres.  A few of the lots feature multiple units via the Hawaii CPR process allowing for separate ownership of 35 homesites.  It offers seclusion and easy access to crescent-shaped Donkey Beach via a short walk through the community.  It's convenient to the islands major airport in Lihue yet seems worlds apart because of it's location in an undeveloped agricultural area.  Most lots were undeveloped as of early 2010 but the homes that do exist are fitting for movie stars.  Rumor has it that a Hollywood personality purchased one of the homes there in 2011.  It's still a mystery buyer at this time.
