Kawaihau Sports Villa is an attractive condominium complex off Kawaihau Road in the West end of Kapaa.  There are around 42 units in multiple, 2-story buildings.  Grounds include a pool, spa, BBQ, tennis, basketball, court, and more.  At my last visit in May 2014, the pool and tennis courts had been reopened after completion of maintenance.  Pets are allowed but check with management for possible restrictions.  In 2017, monthly maintenance fees were in the $700-$750 range plus a special assessment of around $175 for upgrading the private sewer system

Building numbering begins with "A" to the left as one enters the complex.  Lettering then proceeds in a clockwise direction downhill, around, and back up the other side.  Tax key project identifier is 4-4-6-16-5.  Each unit has 2 assigned parking stalls.
