Kauai Kailani is an oceanfront condominium complex on Kauai's east coast, also called the Coconut Coast. This is an older project that has been stripped to the framing as part of an extensive remodel.  There will be 57 fee simple units, 26 two bedroom/one bath units and 11 three bedroom/2.5 bath units.  Developer reservations and sales are ongoing and over half are under contract as of May 2014.  The tax key reference for this project is 4-4-3-9-41.  Information herein is as of May 2014 and later.  More information is available by contacting Richard Dolbeare

Building B is positioned perpendicular to Kuhio Highway and has no ocean view at all.  Prices are expected to be a little under $250,000 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit per current advertising (May 2014).  Building A is oceanfront and will contain both 2 and 3 bedroom units.  Prices here are expected to be in the $350,000 to $425,000 range per current advertising (May 2014).  .

You may view site plans for Building A (oceanfront) and for Building B (non-oceanfront).  Building B has garden views while all units in Building A have ocean views, some oblique and some head-on..

Update in 2021--the rennovation was completed long ago and healthy resales continue.  Apparently numbering was changed so that there is no "A" or "B" in the unit number.  Numbers _01 through _13 are in the oceanfront "A" Building while numbers _14 to _20 are in the "B" Building.  Add 1, 2, or 3 before the number to denote floor level.
