Poipu Kapili Resort Condo

Poipu Kapili is a 60-unit near-oceanfront condominium resort on the western edge of Poipu.  The term "near-oceanfront" means that there is a local road between the shoreline and the resort.  Ho'onani Road is a small local road very popular with joggers, especially in the morning hours.  Just across from the road is a rocky shoreline with the vast Pacific Ocean beyond.  There are many world-class beaches within the Poipu area.  Poipu Kapili sits on nearly 5 acres at 2221 Kapili Road.  It is positioned mauka (oceanside) of the new Koloa Landing luxury condominiums which opened in late 2010.

Vacation rentals are allowed at Poipu Kapili and owners wishing to take part in a vacation rental program can choose the on-site rental program or several located offsite such as Suite Paradise and Aston at Poipu Kai.  These units are typically in high demand and unsurpassed in luxury except perhaps by Whalers Cove and the new Koloa Landing.
