Kalihiwai Ridge

Kalihiwai Ridge is an estate community on agricultural land on Kauai's North Shore.  It's location is north of Kilauea and it's on the mauka (mountain) side of Kuhio Highway.  The community features stunning Namahana Mountain views and some properties are lakefront homes bordering a large community lake.  Most do not have an ocean view.

Kalihiwai Ridge is the first section and is comprised of around 360 properties, all on acreage.  There is a 21 acre community lake known as Kalihiwai Reservoir and those homes bordering this lake are premium locations.

Namahana Farms is further toward the mountains and is comprised of around 75 properties, all on acreage.  Because these properties are closer to the mountains, they tend to get more rain.
