Poipu Beach Estates

Poipu Beach Estates is a new project right in Poipu itself, convenient to world-famous Poipu Beach and the new Kukui'ula Village shops & restaurants.  It's a new project with 106 lots, mostly in the 1/4 to 1/3 acre range in size..  First lot sales were in 2008 and many remain available.  Some lots feature a peek at the nearby ocean although recently constructed Koloa Landing luxury condominiums obstruct much of the view.  It's in a Vacation Destination Area so that both long and short term rentals are possible.  A main home plus an 800 sq. ft. additional dwelling unit  (ADU) are allowed (check with the county for their concurrence).  Lots 1 acre and larger are allowed an 1800 sq. ft. ADU and lot division via Hawaii's CPR process is allowed.  This project is unique in providing undeveloped lots near the heart of the Poipu resort area.
