NOTICE: As of 2017, county records show 5 homes have been built and there are 4 remaining lots.  Developers sued the county over imposed restrictions in December 2007 (outcome unknown). Vacant lots were withdrawn from the market in late 2011 with plans to market spec homes.

Koloa Creekside Estates is a relatively new community in historic Old Koloa Town on Kauai's South Shore near world-famous Poipu Beach.  Original plans called for a mix of individual homesites mauka and condominiums on the makai side of the project.  Condominiums were to be 2 and 3 stories with the 2-story units fronting the roads to reduce visual impact on the area.  Architecture was to be "plantation style" in keeping with the charm of Old Koloa Town.  Contact me for current information on this project.

Waikomo Stream meanders along the backside of the project and offers good bass fishing.  There are majestic monkeypod and banyan trees scattered throughout.  The project borders Weliweli Road & Waikomo Road and is located behind the Koloa Community Center.

"Lot" sizes range from 8,559 square feet to 1.83 acres.  The term "Lot" is not fully correct because these are CPR parcels, not subdivided lots.  A Koloa Creekside map showing the parcels is available for your viewing.
