Kauanoe O Koloa is a new luxury condominium project announced in the Fall os 2022. At that time, pre-construction sales were advertised at prices starting at $1,199,000. Planning calls for a mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units. Location is to be on a 25+ acre parcel adjacent to Kiahuna Golf Course. This location is convenient to Poipu beaches but does not offer ocean views.
Poipu is a designated VDA (Vacation Destination Area) meaning short-term vacation rentals are allowed. Some projects may have their own, non-government restriction on rentals although it is advertised that short-term rentals will be allowed here.
