Kaha Lani is a condominium resort complex on the Lihue side of the Wailua River.  While technically in the Lihue region, most would think of Kaha Lani as the Wailua area of Kapaa.  It's near oceanfront and one can walk directly from the Kaha Lani grounds, to the Lydgate Beach Park with a wide sandy beach and ocean waves rolling in. This complex is unique because of it's seclusion and proximity to a popular beach park compared to most resort condos.

Kaha Lani consists of 74 units in 9 buildings with 3 stories.  The complex was constructed in 1975 and sits on 3.73 prime acres.  Vacation rentals are allowed and this is the primary usage, very few are owner-occupied.  There are 45 one-bedroom units, 26 two-bedroom units, and 3 three-bedroom units.  One bedroom units with 1 bath have 627 sq ft of living area while those with 1.5 baths have 739 sq ft.  All two bedroom units have 2 baths with living area of 961 to 996 sq ft.  Three-bedroom units have 2 baths and 1183 sq ft of living area.
